Surcharge areas
A carrier charges extra for a delivery to an island or another remote area, such as the Wadden Islands, the German and Danish islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Madeira or the Azores. Everspring recognises the area from the postcode and includes the surcharge once per parcel in the shipping cost, never as a separate line; a box with two labels pays it twice. At checkout it appears once the postcode is entered, and the order's Price overview shows it below shipping as Includes surcharge for that area. It is not in the Recommended price or your selling price; you decide whether to pass it on, or you cancel the order.

More about Shipping
Explanation
Mix & Match
Mix & Match products from one supplier can be shipped together in one mixed box, sharing the shipping and pick & pack costs, so shipping is often cheaper per product.
Explanation
Later than expected
Later than expected means an order is behind the supplier's promise: it has not shipped by the promised day, the carrier has not collected the label within 24 hours, the parcel is still in transit after the expected delivery day, or the delivery has a problem.
Rule
What your customer receives: packing slip and label
Your customer never sees the supplier's or Everspring's name or logo on the packing slip, and the parcel carries no Everspring branding.
Explanation
Where shipping costs and delivery times come from
Shipping is charged per box and per label, for the country you choose under Deliver to: it follows the product's packaging group with the cheapest option for that country, and only Mix & Match products of the same supplier share a box.
Rule
Track & trace for you and your customer
As soon as the supplier creates the label, the order shows the Tracking number as a link to the carrier's tracking page and the Expected delivery; the status reads On its way to your customer, Shipped or, for a supplier who delivers itself, The supplier delivers it, without track & trace.
