Cancelling your subscription

You cancel under Settings > Subscription with Cancel subscription; there is no notice period. The subscription then runs until the end of the paid period: you keep access until that date, nothing is charged after it, and the remaining period is not refunded. Until that date you can undo it with Withdraw cancellation. After the end date you lose access to your suppliers, products and orders in Everspring. An older subscription that Everspring manages personally has a cancellation form instead; it runs until the end of the current contract period and you receive written confirmation within 10 working days.
