The weekly Q&A sessions
Twice a week the Everspring team answers your questions live in a video call: every Monday from 16:00 to 16:30 and every Friday from 14:00 to 14:30, Amsterdam time. You do not book; open Help > Weekly Q&A and choose Join, and the room opens 10 minutes before the start. There is no fixed agenda: bring questions about your assortment, marketing, orders, shipping or claims, and meet other resellers. The sessions are free for every reseller.

Your subscription gives you access to Everspring; you choose a plan under Settings > Subscription.
