Add-on products
An add-on is a small product a supplier sends along with a plant, such as plant food or a care product; it carries the badge Add-on on its product page. It ships in the box of a main product from the same supplier, so it adds no shipping cost of its own, and it cannot be ordered on its own: an order in which every product from a supplier is an add-on is refused, in the cart with Add at least one regular product and from Shopify with ESC-FUL-105. Pots are not add-ons; they are their own product type with their own shipping. Add-ons are not in Mix & Match and not in the API's product feed.

Import list products no longer available
The view Unavailable on your import list collects the products you may no longer buy: the supplier set them inactive, or the product is limited to connected resellers and your connection ended.

Stock and availability
A product is in stock when the supplier's available stock is above 0: the supplier's own stock minus the reserve it keeps, or 999 when the supplier keeps selling without a stock count; stock can also come from the supplier's external stock source.
