Who does what: you, the supplier and Everspring
You sell to your own customer under your own name: you set the selling price, you are your customer's contact for questions and returns, and the packing slip shows your details, and the label your name when the supplier offers it. The supplier grows, packs and ships every order you place, on the terms every supplier accepts and cannot make stricter, and decides on your claim within 2 working days. Everspring is the platform in between: it shows the suppliers' products with your purchase price, collects the payment from your eWallet and pays the supplier, keeps the connections with your shop running, and mediates when you and the supplier do not agree. Your customer deals only with you.

A product is in stock when the supplier's available stock is above 0: the supplier's own stock minus the reserve it keeps, or 999 when the supplier keeps selling without a stock count; stock can also come from the supplier's external stock source.

An add-on is a small product a supplier sends along with a plant, such as plant food or a care product; it carries the badge Add-on on its product page.
