Delivery dates, seasons and product questions
The supplier decides when a product can be delivered, whether it is seasonal and how it is grown and packed. Everspring makes the supplier's products available and has no delivery date or season of its own. Ask the supplier about delivery dates, seasons or the product itself on the supplier's Contact tab in Discover.

Explanation
Discover
Discover is where you find and buy products inside the portal: For you, Products, Suppliers and Product Radar, with product pages, supplier pages, the cart and checkout.
Explanation
Product Radar
Product Radar scans the products on your import list every night and shows what your suppliers changed, such as the purchase price, pot size, height, status, photo or description.
Explanation
Who does what: you, the supplier and Everspring
You sell to your customer under your own name, set the selling price and handle questions and returns: your customer deals only with you.
Fix
Import list products no longer available
The view Unavailable on your import list collects the products you may no longer buy: the supplier set them inactive, or the product is limited to connected resellers and your connection ended.
Explanation
Stock and availability
A product is in stock when the supplier's available stock is above 0: the supplier's own stock minus the reserve it keeps, or 999 when the supplier keeps selling without a stock count; stock can also come from the supplier's external stock source.
Explanation
Add-on products
An add-on is a small product a supplier sends along with a plant, such as plant food or a care product; it carries the badge Add-on on its product page.
