An order could not be paid from your eWallet
When your balance is too low, the order is not charged and not sent to the supplier; its timeline shows Insufficient eWallet balance and the order waits under Awaiting payment. You have 7 days from that first failed payment: top up your eWallet and then pay the order yourself with Pay order, because Everspring does not retry it after a top-up. Pay order checks stock, price and balance again first. An order not paid within 7 days is cancelled and shows Payment deadline passed. With Low balance alert on the eWallet page, Everspring emails you as soon as your balance drops below the amount you set.

More about eWallet and invoices
Explanation
eWallet
The eWallet is your Everspring balance for paying orders.
Rule
Topping up and withdrawing
You top up your eWallet on the eWallet page with Top up: with iDEAL | Wero or Bancontact the balance updates as soon as your bank confirms, and the payment link stays valid for 30 minutes.
Fix
A payment is not on your balance
A top-up that is not on your balance appears under Incomplete top-ups on the eWallet page, with its state: waiting for payment, waiting for the transfer, pending, expired or failed.
Rule
Business verification for your eWallet
Topping up, paying orders and a refund after a claim need no verification.
