Topping up and withdrawing

You top up your eWallet on the eWallet page with Top up: with iDEAL | Wero or Bancontact the balance updates as soon as your bank confirms, and the payment link stays valid for 30 minutes. A bank transfer (SEPA) usually takes a few working days and at most 12 days; use the reference exactly and pay from the bank account Everspring knows, otherwise the payment cannot be matched automatically. Topping up needs no verification. Withdrawing to your bank account, with Withdraw, becomes available once your business verification by the payment provider is complete; the eWallet page shows which checks are still open.
