A payment is not on your balance

A top-up that is not on your balance appears under Incomplete top-ups on the eWallet page, with its state: waiting for payment, waiting for the transfer, pending, expired or failed. An iDEAL | Wero or Bancontact payment that is not finished within 30 minutes expires: start a new top-up and do not pay the old link. A bank transfer can take up to 12 days, and one with a wrong reference or from an unknown bank account is matched by hand. Paid but still missing?
