How an order runs from webshop to delivery
An order comes into Everspring from your connected shop, from Discover, from the API or from a CSV import, and is paid from your eWallet when it is admitted, or directly at checkout in Discover; only then does Everspring send it to the supplier. The Shipping column of your orders shows where it is: Awaiting payment, Correction needed, At supplier, Label created, In transit, Delivered, Delivery failed or Cancelled. The supplier packs the order and creates the label by the promised ship date; the carrier collects and delivers it. Everspring fixes small address problems itself and holds an order under Correction needed when you have to fix something.

Rule
Changing the delivery address of an order
With Edit customer details on an order you change the name, company, email, phone, street, house number, postcode, city and region; the country stays fixed because the price depends on it.
Rule
Cancelling an order
You ask the supplier to cancel with Request cancellation on the order, per supplier; the supplier accepts or declines in the conversation, and some accept automatically.
