An order for a product at stock 0
Everspring does not hold an order until stock returns: an order for a product the supplier has no stock for is refused, and no order is created in Everspring. In Shopify the fulfillment request is refused with ESC-FUL-103; request fulfillment again once the product is back in stock, or replace it. In WooCommerce the order is not sent and gets a note; use "Send to Everspring again" once the product is available. Holding orders until a date, for example for pre-orders, is something you set up in your own shop or through the Everspring API.

More about Orders
Explanation
TradeDirect
TradeDirect means you trade directly with a supplier, under an arrangement between you and that supplier.
Explanation

On some products you can add a greeting card with your own message, under Make it a gift on the product page.
Explanation
Requires correction
Requires correction means an order could not be prepared for shipping.
Explanation
How an order runs from webshop to delivery
An order comes into Everspring from your connected shop, from Discover, from the API or from a CSV import, and is paid from your eWallet when it is admitted, or directly at checkout in Discover; only then does Everspring send it to the supplier.
Rule
Changing the delivery address of an order
With Edit customer details on an order you change the name, company, email, phone, street, house number, postcode, city and region; the country stays fixed because the price depends on it.
Rule
Cancelling an order
You ask the supplier to cancel with Request cancellation on the order, per supplier; the supplier accepts or declines in the conversation, and some accept automatically.
