TradeDirect

TradeDirect means you trade directly with a supplier, under an arrangement between you and that supplier. You order their products through Everspring as usual, but you pay nothing through Everspring: the supplier invoices you itself. An order with only TradeDirect products needs no payment at checkout, and your orders list marks these orders as Trade Direct. A refund on a claim is settled directly with the supplier, while a reshipment is still possible.
