Requires correction

Requires correction means an order could not be prepared for shipping. Usually a field of the shipping address is wrong, but it can also be the weight, the parcel contents or customs details. Open the order to see which field it is. For an address field, choose Edit customer details to fix it, or Retry to check it again. You find these orders in the Requires correction view of your orders.
